All of our orders are shipped ground unless you specifically make other arrangements.

We do our best to ship those orders received the day we receive them.

If the product stock count on the website is incorrect, we will have to have the product drop shipped directly from the vendor.  This may delay the shipment by a few days.

Upon us shipping your order, we will email you to inform you of its status and provide a tracking number so you can track your package.

If, for any reason, there's a problem fulfilling your order, we will contact you.
